Space maximisation in a commercial setup is extremely important as there is not too much area to play with. When Harshad Thakkur approached us to design his restaurant, he wanted quite a few things in a small establishment. Being himself a hotelier, Mr. Thakkur wanted a special design in his restaurant. Our approach at Concept Interiors is clear, no place is small if effective space creation is taken care off. With this outlook, we went about designing Spice n Chill Restaurant. Ambience is very important for a restaurant and the client was extremely happy with the final design which we recommended him. Properly laid out kitchen area was essential to fast production and efficient delivery of food items to customers. A six feet by six feet squarish counter has been made without any support which people specially come to see and wonder as it is real work of shear imagination. The end result was fabulous, you can see the pictures speak for themselves. The icing on the cake for Mr. Thakkur was he never even visited the place even once during the entire project.

“I would like to thank Concept Interiors for the wonderful and appealing work done in my restaurant. I contacted number of interior designers and architects and got many design plans for my restaurant, but when I met the team at Concept Interiors, they rejected all the plans and created their own plan in such a way, that I myself got pleasantly surprised. The manner in which they have created the style, design and ambience in such a small place is beyond anyone’s imagination. Concept Interiors has created such an impressive and attractive ambience that I can proudly compare with Taj Hotel, Colaba, where I have worked for 20 years. The company has done everything from planning to execution and completion of work within planned time. I hardly visited the site when it was being carried out. I am very happy and satisfied with their professional attitude.” – Harshad Thakkur, Owner, Spice n Chill Restaurant, Harware Centurion Mall, Nerul, Navi Mumbai.
